Account Development Representative

ProSky is seeking a new rockstar to join our sales team. The ideal candidate is an ambitious, detailed-oriented, motivated, and a team player that will be able to hit the ground running and contribute to our expanding sales effort. This position will work closely with our founders to execute lead generation strategies and move leads through the sales pipeline.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Sales Team to support and execute their strategies

  • Research Global 2000 organizations to identify key potential buyers and outreach to generate initial interest

  • Generate leads through target account selling and outbound prospecting

  • Implement a multi-channel prospecting approach across phone, email, video, social and direct mail

  • Build relationships with cold leads, continuously build the pipeline

  • Remain knowledgeable and up-to-date on product, industry changes, and competitive landscape

  • Schedule demos for sales team with qualified leads

  • Manage, track and input all activity in HubSpot

  • Ensure lower funnel leads are effectively moved through the sales process

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of 1-2 year of experience in high-volume enterprise sales preferred but not required

  • Hunter mentality interested in aggressively seeking out new business to grow revenues

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

  • Strong email and database skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills

  • Desire to grow in role and in pursuing a career in sales

  • Knowledge of HubSpot CRM and marketing suite is a plus
